SSIMBANDEUN People, an expert in infant art play toys, had a strong need to develop a dedicated blacklight lighting device to maximize the visual effects of their bubble paints and play powders. Since existing industrial lights were aesthetically unsuitable and failed to meet safety standards for infants, it was essential to develop a safe and well-designed product tailored for children.
The core of this lighting device is to provide a mysterious visual experience during paint or sand play using a 3-wavelength blacklight lamp. During the research phase, the company evaluated both 3-wavelength and LED types to balance energy efficiency with durability. By referencing the structure of camping lanterns, they derived a practical 360-degree projection design that can be easily hung in various environments, such as bathrooms, to create a premium sensory play experience.
