(주)서이는 야외 활동 증가에 맞춰 휴대성과 편의성을 극대화한 새로운 형태의 휴대용 그릴 개발을 추진했습니다. 기존의 무겁고 투박한 그릴에서 벗어나, 어디서든 간편하게 즐길 수 있는 콤팩트한 구조와 내구성·안전성을 시각적으로 신뢰할 수 있는 차별화된 디자인을 확보하는 것이 기업의 주요 니즈였습니다.
특히 조립과 수납이 용이한 실무적 구조를 통해 사용 편의성을 높이고 시장 경쟁력을 강화하고자 했습니다.
본 프로젝트를 통해 개발된 'CERAMIC GRILL Powered by Butane Gas'는 최소한의 부피로 수납이 가능하면서도 견고한 결합 구조를 갖춘 아웃도어 특화 제품입니다.
디자인 측면에서는 열 변형에 강한 소재의 특성을 고려해 직선과 곡선이 조화를 이루는 모던한 외형을 채택하였으며, 조리 시의 안정감과 세척 용이성을 모두 확보한 기능적 설계를 반영했습니다
또한 인체공학적 손잡이와 효율적인 공기 순환 구조를 디자인 요소로 녹여내어, 야외 활동의 즐거움을 더해주는 실용적이고 세련된 아웃도어 디바이스로 완성되었습니다.
Seoyi Co., Ltd. has spearheaded the development of a new type of portable grill designed to maximize portability and convenience in response to the rise in outdoor activities. Moving away from the heavy and bulky grills of the past, the company’s primary objective was to secure a distinctive design that offers a compact structure for easy use anywhere, along with visual reliability in terms of durability and safety.
In particular, the project aimed to enhance user convenience and strengthen market competitiveness through a practical structure that allows for easy assembly and storage. The "CERAMIC GRILL Powered by Butane Gas" developed through this project is an outdoor-specialized product that features a robust assembly structure while maintaining a minimal storage volume.
From a design perspective, we adopted a modern exterior blending straight lines and curves, taking into account the characteristics of materials resistant to thermal deformation. The functional design ensures both stability during cooking and ease of cleaning. Furthermore, by integrating ergonomic handles and an efficient air circulation system as key design elements, the product was completed as a practical and sophisticated outdoor device that enhances the joy of outdoor activities.
